Symptom:
Demonstration is displayed in red in the signature field despite licensing.
Cause:
signoSign/2 has been licensed but the tablet PC feature is not included in this licence. However, Tablet PC and Pen Display is used for the signature.
Solution:
Please use a signotec signature pad by configuring it as the first signature device in the configuration under Signature devices. Please note that the signotec signature pads are not listed by default and must be searched for first.
However, if you want to use Tablet PC and Pen Display as signature device, please contact sales@signotec.de for a chargeable upgrade offer. You can also contact this address if the feature was not activated in the licence by mistake but was purchased by you.
