Symptom:
After starting the signing process, the signotec signature pad continues to display the background image or the slide show and the signature dialogue only appears on the PC.
Cause:
In the configuration it is not defined that the signotec signature pad should be used for signing, instead Tablet PC and Pen Display is used.
Solution:
Please configure a signotec signature pad by setting it as the first signature device in the configuration under Signature devices. Please note that the signotec signature pads are not listed by default and must be searched for first.
